Fred "Jay" Barone 78 of Palm Coast passed away February 19 2010 at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday February 26th at 2:00pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm inside the memorial room at the church. Fred was born April 15 1931 in New York New York to Fred and Josephine Barone. A retired property manager he relocated in 1989 from Baldwin/New York New York. He was the past President of the Palm Coast Italian-American Club and a past member of the Elks. Fred was very political enjoyed traveling yard work and eating. He is survived by his wife of 32 years Barbara Anne Barone of Palm Coast daughter Joan Barone Rizzo and her husband James of N.Y. N.Y. his mother-in-law Rose Dolzani of Palm Coast sister Phyllis Byles and her husband Daniel of Nutley NJ and a granddaughter Olympia Rizzo of N.Y. N.Y.
