Franklin E. Petrea, A Graveside Service for Franlkin Eugene Petrea, 88 of Deleon Springs will be held at 1:00 Monday, April 4, 2016 at Deland Memorial Gardens.
Family will receive friends on Monday, April 4, 2016 from 11:30 to 12:30 at Lohman Funeral Home Deland Chapel. Mr. Petrea passed away peacefully on Monday, March 28, 2016. He was born on November 28, 1927 in Mt. Pleasant, NC to James Petrea and Nonie Allman. He worked for General Electric as a Planner. He is survived by his sisters Alma Hill of Mt. Pleasant, NC, and Catherine Prevatte of Jacksonville, NC; brother Roy Petrea of Kannapolis, NC; He is preceded in death by his wife Ruth Bost Petrea; sisters Jennie Allman, Nora Petrea, Margie Herlocker, Emma Long and Mabel Phillips; brothers Robert Petrea and Marvin Petrea.
