Frank W. Whetstone III 60 of Orange City Florida died on June 18 2009. He was a member of Stetson Baptist Church and faithfully served for more than three decades. He was a lifelong resident of the Deland area. Frank was a chef at Stetson University for 38 years before his retirement in 2008. He loved photography fishing and most of all talking to people. He is preceded in death by his mother and father Azalie and Frank W. Whetstone Jr. (Mank) who came to Deland in the 1940's. Frank has many special friends who will be gathering for a Memorial Service at Stetson Baptist Church 1025 W. Minnesota Ave. Deland on Sunday June 21st at 1:30pm.
