Frank J Schiavi age 89 died Saturday March 19 2005 at Halifax Medical Center. He was born on Nov. 19 1915 in New York City NY the son of the late Joseph and Ermelinda Schiavi. He moved to Holly Hill Florida in 1988 from Poughkeepsie NY. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and a volunteer in the Ormond Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Program. He was married to the late Dora Schiavi and is survived by his three children; Anne Freni of Poughkeepsie NY; Frank Schiavi Jr. of Tampa FL and Jack Schiavi of Orlando FL; his two grandchildren James Freni and Carolyn Freni-Jandrew both of Poughkeepsie NY; his two sisters Josephine Trombetti of Yonkers NY; Emma Teti of San Diego CA; several nieces and nephews and his close companion Jean Weimer Holly Hill Florida. He was predeceased by a sister Rose Summers. There will be no local services. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in St. Peter?s Cemetery Poughkeepsie NY.
