Retcho Frank J. 82 of Deland FL. Husband of Phyllis passed away Monday Aug. 6th. Frank
was the proud father of Kathy Uliano Mark Retcho and Mike Retcho and 6 grand-children and
several great grandchildren. Frank requested no memorial service and will be cremated. Instead
of flowers Frank asked that donations be sent to Halifax Health Hospice of Volusia
