Brandon-Brown, Frank W., peacefully passed away October 17, 2014 at the age of 69, surrounded by family and friends, at his historic home in Ormond Beach. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, whom he was married to for 45 years, his daughter Shannon Pennett, son-in-law, Jon Pennett, and his many friends and family. He is also survived by Sophie, his faithful companion and his grandpups, Meghan, Roo and Bear.

A native of Richmond, Virginia, Frank moved to Florida where he enrolled at the University of Florida. There he received a Masters Degree and met his wife, Elizabeth. Later he spent time in Townsville, Australia where he worked on his PHD in economics. He was in Army Strategic Intelligence during the Vietnam era. He was a chief financial officer and an entrepreneur, having started a number of companies.

Frank and Elizabeth loved seeing new places and they lived in many different cities in United States. This love for new experiences and adventure took them all over the world exploring different countries and cultures. Frank had an incredible sense of humor and could always be counted on to be the life of the party keeping everyone laughing. Frank kept this incredible spirit and positive attitude throughout his illness and showed us all how to make the most of each day.

He will always be remembered as a kind, loving, witty man who was an amazing supportive father and wonderful husband. He will be missed every moment of every day by his family and friends.

A private memorial service to celebrate Frank's life will be at a later date. Donations in Frank's memory may be made to the ALS Foundation or a charity of your choice.
