Frank Bocchiaro, 91, of Ormond Beach, passed away Tuesday January, 1, 2019. Mr. Bocchiaro was born in Brooklyn, New York on March 16, 1927, the son of the late Paul and Anne Marie Bocchiaro. He was formerly of Freeport, Long Island, NY and was retired from the US Navy where he was an instructor of mechanics on jet airplanes at Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, NY. He loved building and flying radio controlled model airplanes along with fishing.

Mr Bocchiaro was the husband of the late, Marie Anna Bocchiaro and is survived by his two daughters, Marianne (Ray) Murphy and Sandy (Dex) Matheson, his two sons, Frank Bocchiaro and Mark (Kathleen) Roden. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Charles, Chris, Jennifer, John, Herby, Jason, Paul, Sarah, Scott and Alesha and along with his 12 great grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. He was also survived by his brother Andy Bocchiaro. Mr. Bocchiaro was predeceased by his daughter Toni Bocchiaro.

A Funeral Mass will be conducted 12:30 PM, Friday January 4, 2019 (Today) at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 600 S. Nova Rd. Ormond Beach, Fl. The burial will be in Daytona Memorial Park.
