Francisco Alan Richardson better known as " Frank" was born in the Dominican Republic. He was the son of Therese Marie Richardson and Patrick Alan. His dad was from Montserrat and died at a young age and his mother went back to St. Martin, her birthplace.

Frank was raised and educated in St. Martin, he was an only child. He helped his mother by working construction, then later took typing classes and worked as a secretary for a judge. Frank and Elise met in Ebenezer Methodist Church where he was a Sunday school teacher, choir member and class leader. 

He wanted a better life so he came to the U.S. A year later, he returned to St. Martin and married Elise Jacob. They raised three loving children - Patrice Jarvis, Patrick Richardson and Pierrette King.

Frank worked at Hit Sales Corporation in NYC for many years as a printer, then worked for Display Producers in Queens when he moved to the suburbs in Long Island. He was an asset to his job and became manager, he was fluent in English, French and Spanish. 

He also owned his own printing business and owned many properties as an established landlord. 

Frank was later introduced to his oldest son in the late 1980's, Hector Richardson, at a fundraiser. A loving relationship was established between them and Hector's family. 

In 2006, he fulfilled his dreams and retired to Palm Coast, Florida. He became a member of Palm Coast United Methodist Church and participated in various activities, serving many duties. 

He loved fishing, cooking, gatherings with family and friends and playing dominoes. 

Unfortunately, he was preceded in death by his eldest son Hector Richardson. He is leaving to mourn his loving and faithful wife, Elise Richardson, their children Patrice Jarvis, Patrick Richardson and Pierrette King, Daughter n laws - Patricia "Patsy" Richardson, Shavonn Stallings-Richardson , Son n law - Darron King, Grandchildren- Aja Rapelyea, Christian Perez, Nikia McCall, Jordyn and Sydney King, Safiya and Patrick Jr. Richardson Bernice Richardson, Bernard Richardson, Brigitte Galvani, Beverly Benjamin, Beatrice Piper, Malika-Lake Martez, Johannes & Bianca Augusta He was survived and loved by a host of great and great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be dearly missed by all of us.
