Frances M. Miano 100 of Flagler Beach formerly of Palm Coast Fl. passed away July 13 2011 at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. Visitation will be held on Monday July 18th from 10 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church 4600 Belle Terre Parkway Palm Coast FL. All arrangements are under the careful direction of The Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW Palm Coast FL. Frances was born in Brooklyn NY. She moved to NJ and Connecticut before settling in Florida. Frances worked for many years as a telephone operator before her retirement. For everyone that knew her she will be remembered for her love of the Lord and attending church. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church Palm Coast FL. then St Mary's Church Korona; Fl. Frances had a great sense of humor and positive outlook on life. She will be remembered for her many sayings as "Life is what you make it" or "Time waits for no one". She also enjoyed her champagne which as she said "would either kill me or cure me". Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 30 years Joseph in 1964 brothers Anthony and Michael and sister Mary. She is survived by her daughter Harriet and her husband Sal Leo of Flagler Beach FL. Frances was also the loving grandmother to three grandchildren Jules Joseph and his wife Linda and Nadine two great grandchildren Adam and Nicole niece Lydia two nephews Jack Fred and his wife Jackie.
