Frances Amelia Kozer, 88, of Palm Coast, Florida went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.  She was born on June 6, 1936 in Knickerbocker Hospital in Manhattan, New York.  Frances was a devoted Catholic and active member of Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church in Flagler Beach, Florida.  She had a long and rewarding career as a Licensed Practical Nurse from 1957 thru 2005.  She enjoyed rummage sales and shopping thrift stores with her friends, Renee, Dena, and Diana.  She was devoted to her Bible Study classes and family genealogy.  She had great fun with her friends at the Women's Club at "The Crossings".

Frances is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Andrew Kozer, who passed away in 2021.  She is survived by her son, Stephen Kozer (partner, Kari Bates); son, George Kozer (partner, MaryLynne Olbrych); son, James Kozer (partner, Julie Ali); sister, Stella Kessler; brother, Vincent Russotti; granddaughter, Julia Kozer; granddaughter, Morgan Bates; and other extended family and friends.

There will be a viewing on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 from 1PM-4PM at Lohman Funeral Home located at 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW, Palm Coast, Florida 32137.  There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 11AM at Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church located at 915 North Central Avenue, Flagler Beach, Florida 32136.  Committal prayers will be said on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 9:30AM at Jacksonville National Cemetery located at 4083 Lannie Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
