Frances M. Gingras' Obituary
Frances Gingras, 97, passed away on July 4, 2021 in Port Orange, FL. She was married forty seven years, to the late Dr. Frank Gingras and they enjoyed extensive world travels.
Frances was the mother of 8 children, Mary Jo Kuhn (David), Jerry Gingras (Cindy), Ruth Andersen (Arne), Dr. Frank Gingras (Pam), Dr. Richard Gingras (Debbie), Esther Bennett (David), Dr. John Gingras (Kim), and Frances Novick (Paul).
Her 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews brought her great joy.
Frances was an excellent elementary school teacher in Iowa, Puerto Rico, Miami, and Volusia County. She was an active member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, active in CCW, Sociable Seniors fundraiser, and supported her husband as a Deacon.
Visitation will be on Friday July 9, 2021 from 5 to 7PM at Lohman Funeral Home Port Orange, 1201 Dunlawton Ave. A Funeral Mass will be on Saturday July 10, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Port Orange, FL.
