Frances L. Dick-Fannell , 84, of Ormond Beach, FL passed away peacefully on July 2, 2020 at home with her husband at her side. She was born July 12, 1935 in Harrisburg, PA to John B & Mary J. Lyon. She worked as a HS biology teacher, and an alcoholism counselor for many years.

Fran was an avid Bridge player and water aerobics instructor at Bear Creek. She loved spending time at the beach, especially in Kauai, HI. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Leroy "Lee" Fannell of Ormond Beach, her daughter Janet Lyon-Huffman of Albuquerque, NM, her son John Dick of Evergreen, CO and her sister Mary Protheroe of Helena, MT. She also has 5 grandchildren: Amanda Huffman, Brandon Huffman, Tameryn Huffman, Ryan Dick & Natalie Johnson. She was preceded in death by her sister Dorothy Berrier.
