F. K. Whited Jr. age 80 of Ormond Beach died Tuesday June 7 2005 in Florida Hospital-Ormond Memorial. F. K. was born September 20 1924 in Drill VA to F. K. and Jennie Bell Nykirk Whited Sr. He moved to this area 33 years ago from Kingsport TN. F.K. was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII where he received 2 Bronze Stars for bravery. He was a member of Tomoka United Methodist Church The F&AM Lodge in Tennessee and the Valley of Knoxville Orient of Tennessee. He loved and enjoyed his family. F. K. loved watching sporting events on T.V. especially golf and the University of Tennessee Volunteers. He is survived by his Son Flem K. Whited III and his wife Cindy of Ormond Beach a Sister Ruth Lineback of Kingsport TN 3 Grandchildren Heather Moore of Kingsport TN Kanan Whited and Whitney Whited of Ormond Beach FL a Great Granddaughter Hailey Moore of Kingsport TN a Nephew John Whited and his children John and Donna of Knoxville TN and a Niece Nancy Fletcher of Honaker VA.
