Memorial services for Felix Shiffman MD age 79 of Ormond Beach who died Tuesday March 1 2005 will be at 6pm Friday March 4th in the chapel of Lohman Ormond Funeral Home. His family will receive friends from 5:00 ? 6:00 pm prior to the service and immediately following the service there will be fellowship and a dinner reception also at the funeral home. Dr. Shiffman was born in New York City served in the US Army and earned his dental degree from NYU and his medical degree from Hadassah University in Tel Aviv Israel. After practicing cosmetic surgery for over 40 years a career he dearly loved and enjoyed he retired to this area four years ago. He was an avid bridge player and had a deep appreciation for the arts having owned his own art gallery in New York City. In his early years he was very athletic and enjoyed scuba diving among other sports. He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years Lillian; his son Dan Shiffman of Seattle WA; his daughter Orit Zarrillo of NYC; his four step children Joann Sorensen Mary Jane Facciponti and Charles Facciponti all of Ormond Beach FL; Susan Wirzman of NJ; and his four grandchildren Teresa Zachary Erika and Lee.
