Faye Brooker Karl 84 a long-time resident of Daytona Beach died at her home on Wednesday evening June 24 2009 with her family at her side. Faye was born in Brandon Florida on March 4 1925. She attended Stetson University and moved to Daytona Beach in 1948. She was a homemaker and an avid gardener. Faye will be remembered most as being a loving Mother Grandmother and dear friend. She will be truly missed by all who had the opportunity to know her. Left to cherish her memory are her four children; Cynthia Stamm-Clarke of London England Frederick "Rick" Karl of Daytona Beach Mary Bruder of Melbourne Florida and Jim Karl of Ponte Vedra Florida; twelve grandchildren and her longtime partner Hal F. "Barry" Wright. Graveside services will be held at Myrtle Hill cemetery in Tampa Florida at a future date.
