It is with great sadness that the family of Evelyn Mae Walker age 72 of Mobile Ave. Daytona Beach announces the passing of their mother. Evelyn passed away at the Horizon HealthCare Center on Monday June 26 2006. She was born on October 29 1933 in Orange NJ to Charles W. and Ann Feitzinger Godrey. She graduated from Millburn High School in New Jersey in 1951. On March 25 1961 she married Philip Walker and spent the next 40 years loving him until his passing in 2001. While still living in New Jersey she enjoyed summer vacations at the seashore in Florida with her family. Evelyn was a member of The American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 140 in NJ for 20 years. She also enjoyed ?hook rugging.? Evelyn is survived by 3 sons; Philip Walker of Daytona Beach John Terri Walker of Union NJ and James Walker of Daytona Beach FL a daughter; Dawn Eddie Evans of Milford CT. 2 brothers; Charlie Bonnie Godfrey of Largo FL and William Godfrey of Inverness and a sister Dorothy Phil Erny also of Inverness FL.
