Evelyn Moniz Perry passed away on July 24 2013 in Osipee New Hampshire.

A visitation will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona on Tuesday July 30 2013 between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M in the chapel of funeral home on Wednesday July 31 2013. Entombment will immediately follow at Daytona Memorial Park.

Evelyn worked locally at K-Mart for twenty-five years.

She was the loving mother of Ronald and Joyce; sister of John and William. She also leaves behind four loving grandchildren.
