A Memorial Service for Evelyn Dixon Corbin age 82 will be at the African American Cultural Society located at 4422 North US 1 Palm Coast Fl at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday March 16 2006. The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 15 2006 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast.

Evelyn Dixon Corbin of Folson Lane Palm Coast; a retired librarian and nurse died Saturday at home.
Evelyn was born in New York City and spent most of her adult life in Lakeview Long Island. She moved permanently to Palm Coast in 1991.
She was an active member of the African American Cultural Society of Palm Coast the Palm Coast Ethnic Association and the Northeast Florida Jazz Association Incorporated. She was a volunteer reference librarian at the Flagler County Public Library and a member of the Unitarian Universalist Society of the Greater Daytona area.
Survivors are two daughters Pamela and Patricia and a brother Victor Dixon.
