Eunice Dyall Solana age 92 of Alma Georgia formerly of Port Orange went to be with our Lord on Friday May 1 2009. A funeral service in her honor will be held Monday May 4 2009; 2:00 PM at the Daytona chapel of the Lohman Funeral Homes with Dr. Elzey officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park.

Eunice was born in Oak Hills Florida on November 23 1916 to Nancy Osteen Dyall and Russell Dyall. She dedicated her talents as a loving wife mother grandmother and devoted member of First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach. She spent many years working alongside her husband who founded the Solana Roofing and Siding Co. Her last three years were spent in the loving care of her daughter Harriet's home.

Harry Solana her husband of 69 years preceded her in death in 2004; as well as her siblings John Dyall Brunswick GA and Polly Hendrix Jacksonville FL.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory 3 beautiful daughters: Carolyn (Lane) Owings Atlanta GA Barbara Brock Greer SC and Harriet (Robert) Eaton Alma GA; 2 sisters: Bobbie Somerset Mims FL; and Kathryn Parker Oak Hills FL; 2 brothers: Edgar Dyall Port Orange and Billy Dyall Oak Hill; 9 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
