Funeral Services for Esther Gill who passed away on July 22 2005 will be held on Thursday July 28 2005 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona.
Esther Gill 94 of Holly Hill born in Fayette County WV was a former school teacher in Powellton West Virginia. She was owner/operator of the Colonial Rest Home Lebanon Virginia and retired at 85 returning to this area in 1995. She moved to Daytona Beach in 1951 from Charleston West Virginia and left in 1975.
She was predeceased by her husband Oliver and a daughter Sandra Jean.

Survivors include: Her companion of over 30 years Dianne Garrett; a sister Edna Jennell Meadowview VA a daughter Joan Chase Daytona Beach; 5 grandchildren Clarence Bundrick Pamela Robbins and Susan Goris all of Holly Hill; Michael Chase Satellite Beach Fl. and Patricia Caruana N. Collins NY; Great Grandchildren Christopher Robert Bryan Steven Michael and Brandon; Great-Great grandchildren Austin Cody Kelly Cory Elizabeth and Elijah.

Esther loved to read her bible and listen to Christian programs. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Holly Hill and received communion in her home very Sunday.
