Esterina DiProspero beloved mother and great grandmother died September 2 2004 at Good Samaritan Nursing Care Center. She was 96. Esterina came to Midland Pennsylvania from her native town San Demetrio Italy to join her husband Giovanni in 1937. They were lifelong residents there until they moved to Daytona Beach in 1983.

Her life was spent in loving commitment to her family friends and community. Special interests included her garden of flowers and herbs reading needlework and dressmaking.

She is survived by three daughters Elizabeth Thropp Marie Adkins and Lydia Simko all of Pelican Bay Drive Daytona Beach. She is the grandmother of seven grandsons and one granddaughter. They are David Daniel and Dean Adkins; Michael and Paul Simko; Christopher Richard and Jennifer Thropp. She is great grandmother to twelve whom she enjoyed in their earliest years.
