Ernestine D. Phillips of Palm Coast FL passed away Friday October 29 2010 at the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in Palm Coast at the age of 74. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday November 3 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Mount Calvary Baptist Church 75 Pine Lakes Pkwy S Palm Coast FL. Burial will follow on Monday November 8 2010 at Franklin Memorial Park in New Brunswick NJ under the care of the Anderson Funeral New Brunswick NJ. Mrs. Phillips was an educator for years and her memberships included the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Palm Coast Alpha Kappa Alpha Inc. Sorority Phi Delta Kappa and the Christian Women's Association of Palm Coast. She was a tournament tennis player for most of her life she loved playing cards and was an avid music enthusiast. She is survived by her husband David L. Phillips of Palm Coast a daughter Leesa Phillips of Palm Coast a granddaughter Zameena Phillips of Palm Coast cousins Myrna Shuman and Sartura Shuman-Smith of Tampa and a dear friend Corrine McGhee.
