Ernestine "Erna" Elizabeth Liwon of Aberdeen at Ormond Beach passed away on Saturday December 4 2010. A funeral mass in her honor will be held on Monday December 13th 2010 @ 1:00pm at Prince of Peace Catholic Church 600 S. Nova Rd Ormond Beach. Family will receive guests from 12:00-1:00 prior. Interment will take place in a family plot in Germany. Ernestine was born in Oberschwarzach Germany to George and Anna Werner. She came to the United States in the late 1940"s and dedicated herself working as an Accountant in the "The Carlyle" Hotel in Manhattan. She was a proud member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church who enjoyed keeping a beautiful home the color of brilliant flowers and a wonder cook. He leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband over 50 years Frank P. Liwon a sister Terry Buesser and her husband Herbert Deerfield Beach Fl and a brother Josef Werner and his wife Klara and many loving extended family.
