Funeral Services for Emma K. Gassmann 89 formerly of Daytona who passed away on March 16 2007 will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday March 22 2007 at the Daytona Chapel of Lohman Funeral Homes. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will follow in Daytona Memorial Park. Emma was born on March 17 1917 to the late Jacob and Emma Kuhn in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She enjoyed boating in Florida and in New England which she did frequently with her late husband Julius. Second to her family her passions in life were arts and crafts even taking classes which she also enjoyed tremendously. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Donna (Harry) Anselmo; son Robert Gassmann; sisters Margaret (William) Kamsler and Dorothy Knapp; granddaughters Maria Nice and Alicia Hunsberger and grandson Christopher Anselmo.
