On November 27 2011 Elsie D. Swart went "to dwell in the house of the Lord for ever" She was born July 31 1918 in Cambridge MA graduated from Weymouth High School in 1935 lived in Weymouth MA for most of her life where she was a homemaker a partner with her cousin Vivian Henley of Little Gems Pre-School in Weymouth and retired from South Shore National Bank in Quincy MA.

She and her husband George A. Swart Sr. moved to Daytona Beach from Wellfleet MA in 1981. She was predeceased by George her son Richmond Swart and her sister Edith Gaston.

She is survived by her daughter Doris (Cliff) Rand of Ormond Beach her sons George (Marilyn) Swart Jr. of Pembroke MA and Russell (Marie) Swart of Palm Bay FL and Wellfleet.MA. a daughter-in-law Marlene Swart of Melbourne FL. a brother Richmond Crawford of Hull MA and her loving niece Dorothy Pope of Daytona Beach. She was blessed with 9 Grandchildren and 20 Great grandchildren and 7 Great great grandchildren.

Elsie enjoyed her family and friends reading crossword puzzles sudoku and watching every Boston Red Sox game. Abby her sweet Yorkie was her constant loving companion.

Services for Elsie will be February 4 2012 at noon and friends and family will celebrate her life at Aberdeen Clubhouse 50 Allwood Green Blvd Omond Beach Fl. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Elsie's name to Florida Hospital Hospice Care 770 West Granada Blvd Suite 304 Ormond Beach Fl. 32174.
