Elsie Marie Shouse, 85, of Orange City, Florida died peacefully on January 5, 2022 at Halifax Hospice Edgewater care Center.  She was born to Sam and Mary Shouse in Canton, Missouri in 1936. She graduated from Canton High School in 1954. Elsie worked primarily as a Secretary/Bookkeeper. She married the love of her life Clarence O'Neal in 1975. Sadly Clarence passed away in October of 2013. She was an avid gardener, loved to travel, and had a great sense of humor. You never had to guess what she was thinking. Elsie is predeceased not only by her husband but also by her daughter Ellie, her step daughter Pam, her brother Bill, and her granddaughter Shannon. Elise is survived by two daughters Lisa Cassidy and Melody Nichols, her son John Burton, her step daughter Pam Havermale,  her sisters Agnes Collins and Kathy Breeden, and her brother Frank Shouse. . She was also blessed with 9 grandchildren, multiple great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends. She will greatly missed by all.
