Funeral service for Ella J. Bornmann-Bennett 97 who passed away Tuesday evening 5-2 at the Life Care Center of Palm Bay will be held on Saturday May 6th at 100 pm in the chapel of Baggett & Summers Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 530 pm till 700 pm of Friday evening. Her interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Born in Umatilla Ella was a resident of this area from 1909 till 1995 when she moved to the Brevard County area. She retired after 18 years as a loan clerk for First Federal Savings and Loan in Daytona Beach. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church of Daytona Beach and enjoyed crossword puzzles crocheting playing canasta and working at the polls on election day. She was the wife of the late Albert K. Bornmann and the late Roy E. Bennett and is survived by her son Carl Bornmann and his wife Joyce of Melbourne daughters; Eloise Fretwell of Virginia Beach VA. Patricia Kelley of Milford CT. step sons Roy Bennett of Daytona Beach Gary Bennett of Ocala stepdaughter RoseAnne Milam of Anthony FL.. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren 14 great grandchildren 3 great great grandchildren and her close personal friend Karen Ellis.
