Elizabeth "Beth" Kershaw of Ormond Beach, FL, died peacefully on November 6th, 2022. She was 84. Beth was a beautiful, kind, optimistic woman with an incredible gift for friendship and family.

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Elizabeth Wales (architect) and Robert Stuart Macgregor (realtor), Beth lived her earliest years in Indianapolis, Indiana, and moved out of state to attend college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she met William (Bill) Kershaw whom she married. Always an avid reader and lover of history and English, Beth began her early career as a public school teacher in Bridgeport, CT. After several years, Beth moved to Northborough, MA, and started a family.

In 1972, the Kershaws moved to Ormond Beach to seek a warmer climate, where they designed and built their dream home in Knollwood Estates. The process piqued Beth's interest in real estate, and when her children were old enough, she got her real estate license. Beth immersed herself into her work and became known as one of the top-producing agents in the area, a career she was proud of and continued until she was 79. She belonged to many local clubs and organizations, including the Daytona Beach ski club, BLSH, Inc., Daughters of the American Revolution, Quarter Century Club, Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors, Oceanside Country Club, Junior League of Daytona Beach, and Halifax River Yacht Club.

Beth will be remembered for her lifelong love of music; countless trips with family and friends; playing golf and tennis; her ski club trips that brought enjoyment to so many; and her loving devotion and support of her children and grandchildren. She was happiest enjoying the simple pleasure of watching her family around her, talking about current events, playing games, laughing, singing old camp songs, or even playing the harmonica on occasion.

She is survived by her four children, Betsey Kershaw (Jhon Wlaschin) of St. Paul, MN; Richard Kershaw (Renita Kershaw) of Ormond Beach; Kathy Kershaw (Airlangga Djajadi) and Kim Kershaw of Portland, OR; her nine grandchildren Ruby Wlaschin of London, UK; Dama Wlaschin of Phoenix, AZ; Spencer Kershaw and Stuart Kershaw of Ormond Beach; Ari Djajadi, Leo Djajadi, Francis Clark, Peter Clark, and Vivian Clark of Portland, OR.
