Elizabeth "Betty" Byrd Deiner passed away peacefully Saturday December 9 2006.
Mrs. Deiner was a native Floridian born in Arcadia Florida and moved to Daytona Beach in 1931 when her father Clyde A. Byrd was named manager of the Florida Power and Light Co. Betty's father and mother Wenda Wey Bird were active in civic and social affairs.
Betty was the widow of Cmdr. Frederick G. "Truck" Deiner and is survived by a daughter Mary (Charles David) Welch Washington PA a son Frederick Michael (Debbie) Deiner Portland OR and a grandson Frederick Thomas Deiner.
She loved life loved people and loved doing for others.
A memorial service will be announced later this month.
Burial will be beside her husband at Willamette National Cemetery Portland Oregon.
