Elizabeth Harrison Brumfield , 94, of Ormond Beach, Florida passed away at her home on Friday, June 8, 2018. She was born December 30, 1923 in Charleston, WV. She was predeceased in death by her husband of 60 years, Norval E. Brumfield.

Elizabeth worked for Volusia County for 30 years first in the Tag-Title office, and then as Bookkeeper for the Library System. Elizabeth was a member of Riverbend Baptist Church, working  as a cashier and part of the kitchen crew on Wednesdays for many years. She was a member of The Eastern Star Chapter 88 in Charleston, West Virginia.

Surviving and missed by her are a daughter, Mary B. Dejoy, a son, Michael E. Brumfield (Debra), grandchildren: Suzanne M. Outten (Richard), Michael D. Brumfield (Ashley), Katelyn B. Lucas (Shawn), Jonathan B. Brumfield, and great-grandchildren: Reia, Sawyer, and Rhett Outten, Brantley and Blake Brumfield, Mason and Connor Lucas.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday June 16, 2018 in the chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W. Granada Blvd. in Ormond Beach, with Chaplain Mark Spivey officiating. Calling hours will be held at the funeral home Friday evening June 15, 2018 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Burial will follow the funeral service on Saturday at Volusia Memorial Park.

Memorial donations can be made in her name to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
