Elizabeth "Bette" Lydia Rehn age 89 of Daytona Beach passed away on Monday January 2 2012. A memorial service in her honor will be held at 1:00 PM; Monday 01/16/12 at the Daytona Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will follow at Daytona Memorial Park.
Elizabeth was born in Phillipsburg New Jersey to Percibal and Minnie Castner she was a proud WWII veteran of the US Army Air Corp an dedicated her life as a homemaker. She was a strong independent woman with a talent for cooking and sewing. She enjoyed playing cards and in her later years discovered Bingo.
She leaves behind her sons Kirk (Cathy) Rehn and Ronald Rehn a grandson George her sister Dorothy Stine a great grandchild several nieces and nephews and Pepper her black Labrador.
