Elizabeth "Betsey" Palmer 75 formally of Lawrenceville New Jersey passed away on September 8 2013. Betsey was a member of the woman's auxiliary at the VFW of Port Orange post 3282. She also volunteered at Vitas Innovative Hospice Care and she was a member of the Spruce Creek Country Club. Betsey was the beloved wife of the late Britton W. Palmer Jr. for 48 years. She will be remembered by her loving sister Janet McClure of Worcester Massachusetts; step-daughter Ann Seltzer of California three step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
