Elaine Welch loving wife mother grandmother of Port Orange died on Friday May 2 2008. Elaine 80 was born November 27 1927 to the late William and Rose Werry in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Elaine was married to Robert Welch on June 25 1949 and together they owned and operated a golf course outside Milwaukee for 9 years before moving to this area. Elaine was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed gardening growing wild roses and various other flowers. She also enjoyed cooking baking bread and cookies for others to enjoy. Of all her passions in life her greatest treasure was her family. Elaine leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband of 58 years Robert; her son Brad Welch and his wife Cathy; her granddaughter Charlotte Welch all of Port Orange and her four brothers William Werry Donald Werry Merle Werry and Frank Werry.
