Elaine W. Walsh, 73, of Port Orange, Florida, passed away on March 1, 2015, after a courageous, 40 year struggle with diabetes.

Elaine was born on February 18, 1942 in Yonkers, New York. She married John (Jack) Walsh in November, 1963, in Yonkers. Their daughter, Jacqueline, was born on June 23, 1967, also in Yonkers. They lived in Mahopac, New York for 23 years before moving to New Smyrna Beach, Florida in 1996, and then to Port Orange, Florida in 2006. She had worked for the New York Central Railroad in New York City and for Dagostino's supermarket in Mahopac, New York.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Gertrude Kusiak, and her mother and father in law, Michael and Cynthia Walsh, three nieces and thirteen great nieces and nephews.
