Our beloved Eddy was born in Puerto Rico in 1957 but lived most of his life in New York where he met his wife, Carmen. In 1994, they married and were blessed with four kids. He moved his family to Florida in 2004.

Eddy was a lifelong Raiders fan and enjoyed watching and talking about sports. His favorite music band was the Beatles and enjoyed salsa music as well. He loved reading the Bible and enjoyed talking about history. He was so proud of his Puerto Rican culture. He loved going out to eat with his family and trying new restaurants.

Eddy cherished his time with his family. He liked to make everyone laugh and was the life of the party. Although he was taken from us unexpectedly, he would want us all to celebrate his life with good food, alcohol and good company.

He is survived by his wife Carmen, his daughters Tameika, Natalia, Melissa, Jasmine and his son Jason (Tiffany). His grandchildren include Triana Williams, Monica Tate, A.J. Tate, Qarii Jackson, Qruz Jackson, Marriah Joiner, Jayden Joiner, Xavier White, Jesenia Bepot, Legine Bailey, Lauren Bailey and Larissa Bailey.

His siblings include Angel (Kimberly) Santiago, Nilsa (Efrain) Lopez, Esteban (Helen) Santiago, Roberto (Brenda) Santiago and Yolanda (Edgar) Mejias.

He was preceded in death by his parents Angel Santiago and Cruz Nilsa Rodriguez and his daughter Paula Bailey. He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and a friend to all.
