A Funeral Service for Edward Waszczak 79 of Palm Coast FL who passed away on Tuesday May 19 2009 at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach will be held at 10:00am Saturday May 23 2009 at Lohman Funeral Home Palm coast 220 Palm Coast Parkway SW Palm Coast FL. The family will receive friends on Friday May 22 2009 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home. Born on February 23 1930 in the Bronx NY to Gabriel & Anastasia Waszczak Edward was a retired baker and moved to the area in 1995 coming from Yonkers NY. He enjoyed going to the beach bowling and gardening. H was an avid New York Football Giants fan and was a Roman Catholic. Survivors include his loving wife of 58 years Corrine of Palm Coast FL; his sons: Thomas of Ft. Wayne IN & Wayne of Poughkeepsie NY; his daughter Cynthia Dee of Coventry CT; a sister Wanda Charchinski of Boundbrook NY; and his grandchildren: Brian Samantha Mark Alex Caroline Tyler and Isabel.
