Funeral Service for Edward Nebesnak age 87 of Ormond Beach who passed away Saturday December 3 2005 at Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial will be Wednesday December 7 2005 at 10:00am at the Holy Cross Orthodox Church in Holly Hill with Father Michael Byars officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm Tuesday evening at the church. Ed was born on August 17 1918 in Garfield NJ to Stephen and Mary Nebesnak and moved to this area in 2001 from Inverness FL He was a rocket and aircraft mechanic throughout his life. Mr. Nebesnak was a WWII veteran and participated in the European Theater of operations. Ed is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Avaline one son Edward Jr. and his wife Eileen of Mine Hill NJ a sister Mary King of Inverness FL and two grand-daughters Stephanie Nebesnak of Pittsfield MA and Stacie Nebesnak of Pleasantville NY.
