Edward Kryzanekas, 83, a resident of Ormond Beach, Fl., passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 8th at Florida Hospital Hospice Care in Daytona Beach. Edward was born to Peter and Teresa Kryzanekas on June 16th, 1933 in Paterson, New Jersey. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War, and after his discharge, Ed began working as a tool and die maker. That began a career in the industry which would span more than 30 years. After retirement, Ed decided to make a move from Aberdeen, N.J. to Florida which would afford him the opportunity to spend more time with his grandchildren. As an avid golfer, Ed also relished the fact of 12 months a year for his "favorite" hobby. Ed is survived by his daughter Barbara Ann Kryzanekas-Allman, his two sons; Edward of Ormond Beach, Fl. and Daniel (Elaine) of Colts Neck, N.J. ,his * grandchildren and his former wife, Joan Depuy. A service for Ed will be held at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona on Tuesday, September 13th at 11am, with a visitation starting one hour prior.
