Edward "Ed" Fossati, 80 of Ormond Beach, Florida died peacefully on August 3, 2017 at Halifax Health Hospice, Ormond Beach Care Center, Ormond Beach. He was born July 21, 1937 in the Bronx, New York. For 58 years, Ed resided in New York where he was a NYC Firefighter. He spent the past 22 years in Ormond Beach, Florida and was predeceased by his wife of almost 60 years, Maryann. Ed was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his three loving children and their spouses, Karen & Lou Leo, Donna & Jeff Wellington and CDR Edward R. Fossati & Nicholle. He also leaves seven grandchildren - Michael & Jenna Leo, Emma, Libby & Halle Wellington, Caroline Fossati & newest arrival, Edward R. Fossati, Jr.

A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 26th at 11:00 am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 600 S. Nova Road, Ormond Beach. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to Halifax Health Hospice - Ormond Beach Care Center, 235 Booth Rd, Ormond Beach FL 32174.
