Edward D. Arrington , 77, of Palm Coast, Florida, passed away on August 9, 2018 at his residence.

He graduated from Florida Military School in Deland, FL in 1959, he then served in the United States Navy Reserves from 1963 to 1969.  After being honorably discharged he was employed by the Veterans Medical Center in Gainesville, FL until his retirement after 30 years of service.  He spent his retirement years in Palm Coast, Florida where he enjoyed boating, motorcycles and spending time with friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Molly B. Arrington; his parents, Frank R. and Reine D. Arrington; and his brother, Frank Arrington (Sonny).

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his two daughters, Susan N. (Chuck) Bissell of Hudson, FL and Pamula M. (Gary) Fortin of Marietta, GA; Five grandchildren, Justin Fortin, Sarah Fortin, Charlie Bissell, Molly Bissell and Henry Bissell.  He is also survived by two very special people, his longtime companion, Beverly Whitehead and his cousin, Sandra Benson as well as numerous cousins and life long friends.

Memorial donations may be made in his memory to a Charity of one's choice.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday August 17, 2018 in The Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast, 220 Palm Coast Pkwy SW.
