Edna M Schultz 101 of Lake Helen passed away on Saturday March 30 2013. A Funeral Service will be held for her on Friday April 5 2013 at 11:00am at Eastside Baptist Church 700 South Massachusetts Avenue Deland. Family will receive friends Thursday April 4 2013 from 6 to 8pm at Lohman Funeral Home Deland Chapel 935 East New York Ave Deland. She was born on February 15 1912 to Albert and Laura Stevens in Ambler PA. She worked at the Keasby and Mattison Textile mill in Ambler PA. eventually becoming a full-time homemaker. Edna moved to Lake Helen Fl. from PA. in 1964. After retiring to Florida she was a part-time cook in the cafeteria at Lake Helen Elementary School. She is preceded in death by her husband Harry Schultz and daughter Jean Shive. She is survived by her granddaughter Donna (David) Snowden; grandson Dennis (Glenda Sue) Shive; great grandchildren Matthew Snowden Kaley Ruscigno and Kyle Shive and two great great grandchildren.
