Obituary

Edna Knox, 73 years young, passed from this life on Nov. 24, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer. Edna began her career in her native Newfoundland, Canada, as a school teacher and then switched to the medical field as an X-ray technician. She moved to Daytona Beach in 1962 and worked in the Halifax Hospital, later moving to the private practice arena for over 40 years. Edna is loved for her kindness, love of people, and as an avid Gator fan. She is well known for her marvelous crafts, artisan sewing, and quilting. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends and relatives for her positive attitude and love of life.
