Funeral Service for Dorothy R. McCandless 80 of Daytona Beach who passed away at Hospice Care Center Port Orange will be 1:00pm Monday November 14th at Central Baptist Church with Rev. Sonja Phillips officiating.

Mrs. McCandless was born August 19 1925 in Akron OH and moved to Daytona Beach from Trenton NJ in 1956.

A retired apartment manager Dorothy was a member of Central Baptist Church.

Those who will lovingly remember Dorothy include a son Charles ?Chip? Cynthia McCandless III daughters Mary Beebe and Cathy Reynolds sister Helen M. Chesnutt grandchildren Jenny Mike Crepeau Gregory Patricia Bencivenga Lisa John Mock Sandra Peter Chelico Laura David Semmel Christina David Parris Tim Bencivenga and Bobby Bencivenga great grandchildren Brittany Semmel Jonathan Mock Daniel Mock Jack Crepeau Camryn Crepeau Mia Chelico David Daniel Parris nieces Winnie Pat Forren-Cain and Patty Lamar Williams extended family Lee & Tejai McGee and children.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Charles H. McCandless Jr.
