Doris Tiesner was born in Chicago IL. She moved with her family to Port Orange in 1979. She worked sales for Sears and Sears Home Life, as well as Warner Christian Academy. She also obtained a Bachelor Science degree. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank; her mother, Georgina; her father, Louis; her sister, Blanca; and her brother, Jerry. She is survived by her sister, Rachel; her brothers Israel, Noel, Alberto, and Jimmy; her son, Ernest; and her grandson Andreas.

A Visitation will take place from 4 PM to 6 PM on Thursday, March 26th, 2026, at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, March 27th, 2026, at the Basilica of St. Paul, 317 Mullally Street, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. The Burial will immediately follow the Funeral Service at 11:30 AM at Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida, 32117.
