Doris Jean Schneid of Palm Coast FL passed away on Saturday February 13 2010 with her family at her side at Florida Hospital - Flagler. She was born December 9 1946 to James and Jessie Mae Sims Miller in Kansas City MO. Doris a homemaker was an avid baker of treats and cakes. She loved to sit by the beach and feed the seagulls. She was a true loyal fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Doris is survived by her loving husband Emil John of Brooklyn NY; sons Michael (Donna) Switzer and Dennis (Alexis) Switzer; daughters Janice (Chris) Geise and Caroline Rauch; twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and her sisters Judy Miller and Wanda Rossen of Kansas City MO. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Donnie Miller of Kansas MO.

Her great sense of humor will be greatly missed.

A Gathering and Celebration of Life will be held at 5pm Wednesday February 17th at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Parkway with a prayer service at 6:30pm.
