Doris Bloss Potetz, age 85 of Port Orange, was called home by our Lord on July 19, 2018 with family and friends by her side. "Dolly" was the eldest of five children born to the late Arthur and Evelyn Lindell on August 27, 1932 in Fall River, Maryland. She was married to the Late Myrl W. Bloss on August 01, 1952 in Aiken, South Carolina. They enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending time with family. On January 02, 1997, Dolly remarried the now late Frank J. Potetz of Wethersfield, Connecticut. She enjoyed dancing, playing piano and entertaining friends. Dolly later returned to Florida to live out her life close to her only son, Stephen W. Bloss of Daytona Beach. She became an active member of the Grace Episcopal Church. She volunteered her time handwriting "Thank You Notes" to the new visitors each week. She also loved playing computer games and watching Jeopardy. Dolly was loved by family and friends alike. Her memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00am. The service will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, located at 4110 Ridgewood Avenue, Port Orange, Florida, 32127 with a Reception to follow.  Dolly left instructions that in Lieu of flowers a donation be made to charity in her memory.
