Doris B.  Patterson, 78, of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away on Thursday February 15, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on December 18, 1945 in Barnwell, South Carolina to the late Robert and Sally (Maiden Name, Simon) Cave.  She moved to the Daytona Beach area with her family in 1972 from her birthplace.  Doris loved cooking and taking special care of her family.

Doris is survived by her Six Children, Barbara Ann (Don) Murphy of Daytona Beach, FL, Patricia (Frank) Madison of Orlando, FL, Angela Patterson of Daytona Beach, FL, Dianne C. (Vernon) Williams of Orlando, FL, Tracey L.  Patterson of Deltona, FL and Pinkey Patterson, Jr. of Daytona Beach, FL;  Nine Grandchildren, Oliver Murphy, Torry Murphy, Channing Madison, Chad Madison, Sophia Downs, Mcquistta Smith, Tryel Washington, Trelona Washington, and Naqualha Patterson;  and Six Great Grandchildren, Johntay Murphy, Alanna Murphy, Alyssa Murphy, Chad Madison, Nyzaria Bright, Chad Madison, Jr., and Treowns.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Pinkey Patterson as well as her Parents.

A Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday February 23, 2024 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, 1423 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.  The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday February 24, 2024 at Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 539 George W. Engram Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.  Interment will immediately follow in Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114.
