Doris Ann Knipper, 81, of Palm Coast, passed away on April 11, 2015. Doris was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 10, 1933 to Cyril and Amanda (Dees) Eberst. She met and married Charles Knipper. In Hamilton, they started their family with their daughter Peggy.
Doris worked in Quality Control for Champion Paper Company, which later became International Papers. Doris enjoyed bowling and sewing. She was an avid plate collector. She was a member of the Republican Club and Eastern Star. She was a dog lover. Doris' true passion was caring for her family.
Doris will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 65 years, Charles Knipper; by her daughter Peggy Kelsey and son-in-law Roger Kelsey; by her granddaughters Lisa Bowling and Michelle Sloan (husband Sean); and by her great-grandchildren: Jordan Sloan, Andrew Sloan, Harrison Bowling, Jake Bowling, and Logan Bowling; and by her beloved Yorkie, Puddin.
