Doris Geraldine Dietzel age 82 of Orlando sadly passed away on Tuesday June 7 2011. A 1:00 gathering until a 3:00 memorial service in her honor will be held Saturday June 11 at the Deland Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Homes. Interment will be at Deland Memorial Gardens
Doris was born in Apopka Florida to James and Martha Sawyer she dedicated her talents to taking great care of her family. She was a loving hard working gentle woman who relish in the beauty and grace of a feline treasured wrapping her arms around babies and took pride in her beautiful flower garden sharing her knowledge with her children. She was a former member of Holden Park Brethren Christ Church and dedicated many quiet hours to our Lord.
Her beloved husband William preceded her in death and she leaves behind to cherish her memory 3 daughters; Linda (James) Kemp Betty (Daniel Jr.) Gentry and Karen (John) Watkins a son; Kenneth (Mary) Dietzel a brother Leroy Sawyer 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and many loving extended family and friends.
