Lowrance Donna S. 60 of Port Orange passed away suddenly on Wednesday December 12 2007 at Halifax Medical Center. A celebration of her amazing life will be held on Monday December 17 2007 on Victory Lane at the Daytona International Speedway at 5:30 pm. Donna was born on April 12 1947 in Fayetteville NC and moved to this area in 1957. Donna was well known for being the assistant manager at the 4th Turn Grill at the Daytona 500 Experience for the past 12 years. She was also a contestant in the Miss New Smyrna Beach Pageant in 1962. Donna had a serious love for NASCAR racing and her favorite driver was Rusty Wallace. She spent a great deal of time traveling the NASCAR circuit and she also enjoyed hunting boating fishing and shopping. Donna will be remembered for her unique and infectious laugh she loved all children and was affectionately called" Aunt Donna". Donna is survived by her husband of 15 years Robert Lowrance; two sons David (Lisa) Fitzgerald of Port Orange and John Fitzgerald of Ormond Beach; her two daughters Robin (Kevin) Hannah of Port Orange and Anna (David) Kinker of South Daytona; her Brother William C. (Jan) Dantos of South Daytona; four grandchildren David Kristina K.C. and Ethan; and her best friend of 52 years Linda (Edwin) Evans.
